Dino Sales & Studies

Dinos make the ARK what it is. Valued for their strength and abilities, dinos are a currency all in their own, though can be converted or obtained for coin several different ways.

Private Dino Sales

Players can settle dino trades between themselves through direct trade (risky, unless you trust your business partner) or through use of a Dino Sales Table.

Visit player towns and bases for dino deals, or purchase your own Dino Sales Table from the Community Hall's Tribe Towns vendor and start making a living through dino sales to other players! Catch, breed & raise your own livestock, charge premiums for the better generations!

Town Dino Sales

The Different Zebras takes in a lot of dinos over the course of a season, some aren't even from here! With all these extra mouths to feed, the Different Zebras have decided to make some of these critters available to purchase at major settlements.

Visit the Dino Services for each main Different Zebras settlement to find great deals on unique dinos.

Dino Study Stables

If you're good at tracking and taming dinos, don't exactly wish to give yours up and are looking to make some coin, then maybe helping with the dino studies is for you!

The Different Zebras are looking to study the dinos around them for clues on how to handle the spreading threat of mutation. This means paying out to all the local beast-masters for their efforts.

Every stable established for Dino Studies will advertise what dinos they're looking for along with a pay-out reference. The rules for each Dino Study are as follows:

I. Tame prize dinos (refer to the list of acceptable entries [dino must fit stall!]), supply dino with two stacks of kibble. Pick an empty stable stall, place your tame in the stall and pay the door fee to close the door.

II. Payment delivered directly to player inventory end of the Season, dinos available for retrieval for one week after Season's end. Abandoned dinos will be sold.

III. Double entries are disqualified, only qualifying tames receive payouts. Do NOT use CryoBall on Rare Sightings tames or they may lose their Rare assets!
